At LIRASHE, we offer reliable domestic delivery across Australia to get your jewelry to you as quickly and securely as possible.

🇦🇺 Australian Domestic Shipping

  • FREE Standard Delivery on all orders over $89 AUD

  • Orders under $89 AUD incur a $7.99 flat-rate shipping fee

  • Express Delivery available for $10 AUD

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express with tracking provided.

📦 Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery (Orders under $89):

  • NSW, VIC, QLD: 2–5 business days

  • SA, NT, WA, TAS: 3–7 business days

Express Delivery ($10 Flat Rate):

  • NSW (Next-Day Delivery): For orders placed before 1:00 PM AEST, next business day delivery is available

  • Other States: Express delivery timeframes vary depending on location

Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for dispatch during promotional or peak sale periods.

🔄 Pre-Orders

Standard shipping fees apply to pre-order items. Estimated delivery windows:

  • NSW, VIC, QLD: 5–8 business days

  • SA, NT, WA, TAS: 7–10 business days

Pre-orders are shipped as soon as the item becomes available.

🚚 Dispatch & Tracking

  • Orders are usually dispatched same or next business day

  • Tracking details are sent via email once dispatched

  • You can follow your parcel via the Australia Post tracking link

📬 Delivery Terms & Policies

  • All deliveries are made using Australia Post Express, with signature on delivery as default.

  • If you're not home, Australia Post may leave your parcel at a local Post Office for collection.

LIRASHE is not responsible for incorrect delivery information provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your order.

🚫 Return to Sender & Redelivery

If your parcel is returned to sender due to:

  • An incorrect address,

  • Failure to collect from the Post Office,

  • Or the address being left unattended with no safe drop permission,

You will receive a refund for the order excluding any paid shipping fee (e.g. the $10 express delivery cost is non-refundable).
Redelivery can be arranged for an additional $10 shipping fee—please contact our team at care@lirashe.com.au to arrange redelivery.
