Returns & Exchanges
At LIRASHE, we want you to love your jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 20 days of purchase, subject to the terms below.
Returns Policy
Returns must be received within 20 days from the purchase date to be eligible for a refund.
A refund can only be processed to the original payment method and place of purchase.
All returns must be approved by our team before sending your item back.
To start a return:
Email care@lirashe.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and a link to purchase a return shipping label.
Ship your item back to us using tracked shipping.
⚠️ We do not accept untracked returns. Untracked mail may not be delivered within the return window and is sent at your own risk.
Important Notes
Earrings (studs) are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety regulations.
Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Store credit may be offered on a case-by-case basis for change of mind.
Items purchased during 50% off or 30% off promotions are final sale and not eligible for refund.
Items purchased with a discount code may be subject to different return terms—please check individual T&Cs during sale events.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
You will be notified via email once your refund is processed.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style?
We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
You’ll receive a new order confirmation once your exchange has been processed and shipped.
Store Credit
Prefer store credit?
Return your item for 110% store credit to use toward your next purchase.
Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
We’re sorry if you received the wrong item!

A photo of the incorrect or damaged item
We'll work quickly to fix the issue and get the correct item to you.
Note: LIRASHE is not responsible for items damaged in transit due to improper packaging. We strongly recommend using the original box and tracked shipping when returning items.
