What is your jewellery made of?
All LIRASHE pieces are made from 925 Sterling Silver, plated in Rhodium, 14k Gold, or 14k Rose Gold. Select items are made from high-grade stainless steel. All materials are lead-free, nickel-free, and hypoallergenic.How can I contact Silver Support?

All earrings are sold as a pair, unless clearly stated otherwise.Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we offer gift wrapping at an additional cost. You can add it during checkout and select which items to wrap.Note: Only one gift wrapping can be added per order. For multiple gift-wrapped items, please place separate orders.
How do Pre-Orders work?
Pre-order items are usually delivered within 7–14 business days. Delivery estimates are provided at the time of order. -
Can I change my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change orders once placed. Please contact customer care immediately if your order hasn’t yet been dispatched.How do I know what size I am?

Pre-order items are dispatched within 3–5 business days of arriving in stock.
Why was my order cancelled?

To request a return, please email care@lirashe.com .au with your order number and reason for return.Can I return my online order in-store?

How should I take care of my jewellery?
To maintain your jewelry’s beauty:Store in a dry place away from sunlight.
Avoid exposure to perfumes, lotions, and chemicals.
Clean regularly with a soft polishing cloth.
How should I clean my jewellery?
Gently wipe with a dry, soft cloth after each wear. Avoid using chemical cleaners or polishing liquids.Can I have my jewellery engraved?
Unfortunately, we do not offer engraving services at this stage. As a small Australian brand, we’re working toward expanding our services in the future.Do you have a warranty on your jewellery?
